The table. One Active Player sits at the Conference Room table. Up to five more wait on your bench. The meeting host runs the other side of the table.
Your quarter. Draw a card automatically, then spend up to two actions: seat a Player from your hand, make a benched Player Active, or file for elevation (Basic → Stage 1 → Stage 2). Elevation changes the title, the frame, and the illustrator credit. It does not change the stats. It never changes the stats.
Convene. Both Actives compare Bandwidth plus a deliverables roll. The loser’s Budget is drained by the difference. At zero Budget, a Player is identified for restructuring and leaves the table.
Hype. Win the round and you earn a Hype pull — flip one of the six face-down Hype cards and resolve it. Whoever flips the last Hype card wins the game immediately.
Also losing. No Players left to seat, or no cards left to draw: identified for restructuring. The meeting continues without you.
Q4. Quarters advance every convening. Q4 is real. Certain Players know it.
